• No refunds or exchanges are allowed once payment is made, unless if the item purchased is out of stock.  
  • We only accept return and exchanges that are caused by obvious manufacturing defects, we will repost another same design items.
  • Items must be returned within 3 days if found out the item have obvious manufacturing defects.
  • Item should only be returned via courier and tracking number must be provided. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges deemed inappropriate.
